If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing these sites or software. The materials contained in these websites and software are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Xemplar LLC's websites and applications for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Use License for Google Chrome Plugin Template
In addition to the general terms of the use license, specific provisions apply to the Google Chrome Plugin Template. The purchase of the Google Chrome Plugin Template grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and adapt the template code for the creation of your own Google Chrome plugins. Under this license, you may:

Modify the template code to suit your own needs and create derivative works.
Use the resulting plugin for personal, educational, or commercial purposes.

However, under this license, you may not:

Redistribute, resell, or otherwise share the original template code or any modified versions of it as a standalone product.
Claim ownership of the original template code provided by Xemplar LLC.

This license allows for personal and commercial use of the modified plugin, but does not extend to the distribution of the template or its derivatives as a competing product. Any distribution of the original or modified template code, as a standalone product, is strictly prohibited without explicit permission from Xemplar LLC. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Xemplar LLC at any time.
